Laura Lockwood hails from off-the-grid North Idaho, having developed voices and accents from a young age and impersonating anything she could get her ears on. She attended undergrad at Grinnell College in Iowa, pursuing her passions in French and Psychology, and ultimately realized she couldn't quiet the voices in her head. VoiceTrax San Francisco and voice actor Doug Boyd opened her eyes and ears to the vast world of voice acting upon her plunge into the field and she never looked back. She now works as the Studio Manager and Audio Engineer of The Portland Pod in Maine, editing a wide variety of podcasts. She also provides an array of commercial and character voices to her voiceover clients and giggles that she's found a way to get paid for letting out what she can't hold back: Voices.
